Scholarships Awarded To Selected Cai Members To Help Fund The Cost Of Attending The Cai 2020 Annual Conference And Exposition: Community Now.
Community Associations Institute, the leading international authority in community association education, governance, and management, announced the opening period for scholarship applications to attend Community Now, CAI's 2020 Annual Conference and Exposition, June 10-13, at the Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Fla.In honor of CAI member Jerry Fien’s long-standing commitment to homeowner involvement within CAI, the organization annually provides financial support for select homeowner leaders to attend the annual conference and exposition. CAI homeowner members who serve on the governing board of their homeowners association, condominium community, or housing cooperative are eligible to apply for one of four scholarships to CAI's Annual Conference. Each scholarship includes free conference registration and up to $1,000 to cover travel and lodging expenses. The application deadline is Feb. 17.
The annual event brings together nearly 2,000 community association homeowners, managers, management company executives, association board members, and business professionals serving the 344,500 condominium, co-ops, and community associations in the U.S. and millions more worldwide. Applicants must be CAI members in good standing and must have served one full term on the board of a homeowners association or condominium. Employees of companies that do business in the community association field are not eligible.
The Annual Conference also includes more than 30 education sessions and an exposition hall featuring hundreds of trusted product and service providers at the largest international community association show in the world.

CAI’s membership of nearly 40,000 includes volunteer homeowner leaders who serve on their association boards in homeowners associations (HOAs), condominium communities, and cooperatives, as well as community management professionals and business partners serving these communities.
