M-320: High-Rise Maintenance and Management

Course Information

  • Learn how to address the unique challenges of multi-story communities.
    This course provides an in-depth understanding of the unique management needs of a high-rise building. You’ll experience hands-on learning through on-site building visits and walkthroughs of a central plant, roof, and recreational facilities. See major systems in operation and discuss maintenance operations and procedures with building staff. Topics include:

    • Physical elements of a high-rise building
    • Multi-story construction and maintenance
    • High-rise community operations
    • Common areas and recreational facilities
  • Virtual Edition (Zoom): 2 days | 12-3 p.m. ET both days​
    Classroom Edition: 2 days | 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. both days
    Online Course: 6-8 hours to complete the course, plus 4 hours of study via reading assignments. Students have 4 months—120 days from the purchase date—to complete the course and take the 60-minute​ exam to receive credit.​
